Verify if mold growth is present:

We will come and inspect your home and find the moisture source and work with you to fix the water intrusion. This must be fixed before remediation can begin or mold may return. We will do air and surface sampling which is sent to a lab to see if mold is present and what type.

Contain & treat the affected area:

  • Mold containment

If moisture and mold are present, we will seal the area with plastic containment. This is important for when work is being done to keep mold spores from spreading to other areas.

During the remediation process we will have one or several heavy duty air filtration units running to work towards trapping mold spores. It’s important these units run during the entire allotted time to ensure the highest capture.
